Amazon and any other named platform are the trademarks of their respective owners. Make The Brands LLC is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such platform. Brand Intel Console is our own system. It is not an Amazon product.
Amazon accounts and data
A client's Amazon accounts stay the client's. We reach them only through access the client authorizes, we do not ask for or accept an Amazon account password, and the client can revoke the authorization at any time.
Information received through that access is used to deliver that client's service, within the boundaries the Privacy Policy sets out. Amazon Ads Information is not combined with customer-provided or external data unless that use is permitted by Amazon and any required prior written approval has been obtained.

Engagements
Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between the parties. Where those terms and these terms differ, the engagement agreement controls.
