Engagements & Pricing

One business. One operating responsibility.

We quote the work and accountability the Amazon business requires, rather than selling disconnected service packages.

Our primary engagement

Full Amazon Management

Custom monthly management proposal

Senior operators lead priorities and consequential decisions. One coordinated team executes against one operating plan.

Make The Brands takes responsibility for the agreed Amazon operating remit across advertising, demand, catalog, conversion, pricing, inventory and marketplace operations.

What the engagement can cover

  • Advertising, PPC and search-query demand
  • Catalog, content quality and conversion
  • Pricing, promotions and commercial planning
  • Inventory, FBA and replenishment coordination
  • Account health, economics, reporting and execution

The specific scope, permissions and approval rights are agreed in writing. The selling partner retains control of the Amazon account.

How pricing is determined

Quoted to the account. Not to a generic tier.

Our fees follow the complexity of the operation, the account's current condition and the level of management responsibility involved.

  • Active catalog and variation complexity
  • Advertising spend and account structure
  • Brands and Amazon marketplaces in scope
  • Inventory, fulfillment and operational workload
  • Account condition and execution requirements
  • Decision governance, reporting and management scope

Before commitment, we provide a written proposal defining the monthly management fee, operating scope, responsibilities, exclusions and commercial terms.

Focused engagements by request

Defined work when full management is not the fit.

Some brands need a specific operating problem solved before handing over the full account. We may scope that work separately.

  • Amazon advertising management

A defined PPC and search-query mandate with senior oversight, agreed execution limits and measured reporting.

  • Account assessment and growth strategy

An operator-reviewed assessment of available evidence, operating risks and priority actions. Public and connected-account findings remain distinct.

  • Launch and senior advisory

Defined launch, operating-transition or advisory work, with agreed deliverables and decision responsibilities.

Focused projects and advisory work are quoted individually. They do not carry the full operating mandate of Full Amazon Management.

The system supporting the work

Operators lead. BIC supports the decisions.

Brand Intel Console (BIC) is Make The Brands' proprietary commerce intelligence and operating system.

MTB operators use BIC to connect available marketplace evidence with economic context, govern decisions and measure recorded outcomes. The information and functions available depend on authorized access.

Seller account information is accessed only with the selling partner's authorization and agreed permissions. Clients keep authority over their accounts.

BIC supports the management engagement and is not offered here as a standalone self-service software subscription.
