Who operates Brand Intel Console

Make The Brands LLC, which does business as Make The Brands, operates Brand Intel Console (BIC), its own commerce intelligence and operating system. Brand Intel Console is not an Amazon product, and Make The Brands LLC is an independent service provider.

Access by authorization

Brand Intel Console accesses Amazon Ads Information only after the advertiser or customer authorizes the connection, through Amazon's own authorization. We do not ask for or accept Amazon login or password credentials.

The customer keeps control of its Amazon account and can revoke the authorization at any time.

What Amazon Ads Information may include

Depending on the functionality the customer authorizes, Amazon Ads Information may include:

  • Advertising account and profile identifiers.
  • Campaign information.
  • Ad group information.
  • Targeting information.
  • Keyword information.
  • Search term and query information.
  • Budget and configuration information.
  • Advertising performance and reporting information.

What it is used for

  • Reporting.
  • Analysis.
  • Diagnostics.
  • Decision support.
  • The advertising management functionality the customer has authorized.

It is used for the customer it belongs to and for no other customer.

What Brand Intel Console currently does

Brand Intel Console currently supports Amazon advertising analysis, diagnostics, recommendations and decision support. It does not currently send automated bid, budget, campaign, targeting, keyword, negative-keyword or creative changes through the Amazon Ads API. Any future execution capability will be introduced only when technically implemented, appropriately authorized and permitted.

Limits on Amazon Ads Information

  • It is not sold.
  • It is not rented.
  • It is not published.
  • It is not syndicated.
  • It is not distributed to unrelated third parties.
  • Access is limited to the people and systems with a legitimate need for the authorized service.

Amazon Ads Information is not combined with customer-provided or external data unless that use is permitted by Amazon and any required prior written approval has been obtained.

Service providers

Amazon's policies distinguish unrelated third parties from service providers that are used solely to operate an integration. Amazon Ads Information is not disclosed to unrelated third parties. A service provider may handle it only where Amazon's requirements allow, including any approval Amazon requires of a service provider, under a confidentiality obligation and solely to operate the integration.

No provider is named here as approved for Amazon Ads Information. The providers behind this website handle website information only and are listed under Subprocessors.

External AI and model providers

Brand Intel Console does not currently provide Amazon Ads Information to external AI or model providers. Any future processing of Amazon Ads Information by an external AI or model provider would occur only where permitted under Amazon's requirements and after any required Amazon approval, including applicable Amazon-approved Service Provider requirements, has been satisfied.

This does not limit our use of AI for creative production, research, website measurement, or other workflows that do not involve Amazon Ads Information.

Questions and concerns
